Jehovah's Witnesses have been busy handing out invitations to their yearly Memorial. This video discusses what takes place at this event, including their efforts to recruit new ones and the fact that the vast majority in attendance do not partake of the emblems. In most congregations, everyone present rejects the wine and unleavened bread.
I just received my invitation a few days ago. I think it is ironic that they invited me to a meal where I'm not supposed to eat anything and where no one will talk to me. (I am being shunned, because I dared to disagree with their teachings.) I consider this kind of invitation to be less than hospitable.
